The Investigative Specialist supports the Investigative Division by managing complaint intake, maintaining case records, and assisting with investigative and administrative processes. This role serves as a key point of contact for complainants and provides coordination support for investigations and committee activities. This position requires excellent attention to detail, management of multiple priorities, and the ability to think critically.
