- All licensees and registrants should ensure that they live up to professional standards of excellence by making a commitment to lifelong learning and participating in continuing medical education (CME) activities.
- Board and Commission rules require physicians (MD/DOs), Physician Assistants (PAs), Anesthesiologist Assistants (AAs), Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners (CRNPs), and Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) to obtain certain CME credits for licenses, controlled substances registrations, and collaborative/supervisory practices.
